Scope of Work​​​

ACM panels, metal coping, and custom metal panels.​

Challenges

Framing delivered to site did not meet engineering requirements, forcing Auzmet to self-perform additional framing to keep the project on schedule. Additional complications arose during coping installation at the handrails. After several mockups and coordination with stakeholders, a two-part coping system was approved.
  ​

Summary

Installation occurred in phases over six months, beginning with roof panels and concluding with ACM on the main structure and garage. Despite frequent field modifications and evolving site conditions, the project was completed on schedule, maintaining a positive relationship with the general contractor.
