The project’s complexities were heightened by multiple mobilizations and the addition of extra scope late in the project, which caused delays in the completion of initial tasks. Despite these challenges, Auzmet’s team worked effectively around the garage area to complete the ACM and hidden fastener panel installations, ensuring a high-quality outcome.
