​Atelier Flora is a mixed-use development that includes residential, retail, and parking garage spaces. Auzmet’s work focused on the residential portion, where 22g steel panels and 0.125-inch plate were installed, alongside decorative woodgrain aluminum balcony dividers. The complexity of this project arose from the integration of louvers across all three areas, requiring meticulous planning and coordination with various trades to manage the logistics, manpower, and finances effectively.
