Install-only – Neolith panels and louvers.​

Challenges

Multiple mobilizations were required due to missing materials supplied by the GC. Swing stage access and field fabrication were further complicated by changes to garage panel design.
  ​

Summary

After early delays, framing was completed efficiently. Louvers installed without issue, while panels required heavy coordination and documentation. The project concluded after nearly 10 months.
