Challenges

Site access was significantly limited, especially in the courtyard area, requiring the use of large boom lifts and close coordination with other subcontractors to execute work safely and efficiently.
  ​

Summary

​The project was completed in under five months with only one mobilization. Installations proceeded smoothly on the primary elevation. Once the team moved into the tighter courtyard space, progress slowed slightly due to spatial constraints. Collaboration with Turner Construction was seamless throughout the project.
