Challenges

Coordination with the steel contractor was critical, as unfamiliarity with KingSpan panel requirements led to multiple rescheduling events and substrate issues.

Summary

The project used KingSpan IMP panels in alignment with Walmart’s national automation rollout. Adjustments were made to ensure consistency with corporate design standards.
